The Benefits
Referral bonus that grows as you do
The more households your agency refers, the more every referral is worth. Your rate climbs as your enrollments add up through the year, so referring more pays off across the board.
Per enrolled client:
- Tier 1 (1 to 5 clients enrolled): $300 per enrollment. Where every partner starts each year.
- Tier 2 (6 to 10 clients enrolled): $400 per enrollment. Reach six enrollments for the year and your rate steps up.
- Tier 3 (11+ clients enrolled): $500 per enrollment. Top tier. Every enrollment past ten earns your highest rate.
How your tier works: we set your tier on the 1st of each month based on how many clients you've enrolled so far that calendar year, and every enrollment is paid at the tier you've reached. Counts are cumulative within the year and reset each January 1, so the ladder starts fresh every year.
Always included
- $50 conversation bonus. Earn $50 whenever a prospect you send over has a substantive phone or email conversation with us, even if they never enroll.
- $100 toward waiving your clients' enrollment fee. At the start of each year, you'll get to make a simple choice: put $100 of your bonus toward waiving the enrollment fee for your clients (a $120 value each), or skip the waiver and keep the full bonus for your agency.
