California Domestic Workers' Bill of Rights?

Nanny California Domestic Workers Bill of RightsThe California State Assembly is considering AB 889, the Domestic Worker’s Bill of Rights, to provide household workers with expanded “rights” including paid time off, work shifts not to exceed 12 hours in a 24 hour period, mandated annual raises, and CA OSHA workplace regulations.
